The Church [and Monastery] of the Holy Spirit, Minsk, Belarus, has served both the Western Catholic and Eastern Orthodox religious communities of Minsk, Belarus. This Church complex was one of several church and monastery complexes which were situated within 150 meters of the new Belarusian Palace of the Republic [1985-2001]. The whole Minsk Upper Old Town Complex is now nearing final restoration after having been virtually completely destroyed by the Nazis in 1941-43.

Historically, Belarus has enjoyed an ecumenical holy spirit. Minsk also is currently home to a beautiful new large, modern Synagogue, now nearing completion.
