"General Motors To Launch Stock Offering": What’s Good For GM Is Good For The Washington National Opera (Including Nationalization)

Set design model by American David Korins and costume designs by American Jessica Jahn for American composer Lewis Spratlan's American classical opera "Life Is a Dream" recently premiered at the Santa Fe Opera and coming, eventually, to a renewed Washington National Opera or, alternatively, a John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts/WNO Project.

The American people currently have a 61 percent ownership stake in General Motors, which has made more than $2 billion in profits so far in 2010. The Obama administration invested $50 billion in the iconic American company in order to save it, and its web of suppliers, from demise; and it is now in the process of privitizing $15 billion of that $50 billion public investment in the future of America.

The American people currently feel no ownership stake in Placido Domingo's Washington National Opera.

Regaining The Sacred And Sustainability: 'Gross Domestic Product' After Middle-Class Affluence

Many Japanese spent Sunday evening floating paper lanterns down rivers, honouring the souls of the departed. This was done in the belief that this guides the spirits of the departed back to the other world.

On Monday, Japanese learned that their economy had allegedly been eclipsed by the Chinese economy as the second largest in the world. Some experts project that the Chinese GDP will exceed the U.S. GDP in 20 years time (2030).

"I work with a lot of things besides wood, but wood remains my primary material when I want to shape or construct things. That’s the natural way that I can easily get a result. It’s very flexible, very versatile, and doesn’t require tremendous technological backup. If you’ve got the right tools, you can do it all using your own physical body power. I do have machines in the studio, but they’re used appropriately. They’re not used for every single operation. And I don’t use them for the most precise work."
